My daughter has asked me to post my Grandmother's School work, to demonstrate how the schools used to teach their students to practice good penmanship.
Grandma was 13 & 14 years old when she wrote in this book.
I picked some of her writings that were personal.

But you had told me that she was nine years old--was she really a teenager, then?

Isn't that something? My Mom always told me she was 9 years old when she wrote it, but now that I have the actual notebook - I found out different!
